CONSUMER GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

Company has physical location at its Registered Office at P. No. B-209, Vidhansabha Nagar, Mansarovar, Jaipur-302015, Rajasthan, India and maintain proper and updated website with all relevant details of the company with record and documents. Company has duly constituted Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee and upload all details of committee members on the website of the company with contact numbers and email id. The Committee has three members out of which two directors and one is marketing manager.

The Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee has follow proper mechanism for solving complaints/grievances received from consumers.

Consumer can any time register his complaint at the registered office P. No. B-209, Vidhansabha Nagar, Mansarovar, Jaipur-302015, Rajasthan, India either in person (within business hours) or through post, telephone, email at yogininternational@gmail.com or website at www.yoginternational.com. On the receipt of complaint, members of Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee will register the complaint and raise the ticket number for further track within 48 hours. They will verify and examine the contents of complaint and working accordingly. If it is required to replace the product the members have power to do it and or otherwise if consumer faced other problems like use of product, having some quires, or be required demo of the product or any other problem, the Direct Seller responsible to be satisfied to consumer within 30 days from the date of receipt of complaint. If company fails to solve the complaint within 30 days it shall be liable to repay full money of product to the consumer.
