CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Replacement warranty of GSD 3 years to consumer depends upon norms and conditions:

  1. If product is damaged while using company can replace, it is burden to prove how damage caused upon consumer, if justify company can replace the product.

  2. If manufacturing defect found in any device company can replace freely.

  3. If any defect is found in any of the Products purchased, then the same can be returned/ exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned product must be supported with Bill of purchase and such product should not be damaged from any angle. The purchaser should ensure that condition of the product should be similar to the condition which was prevailed at the time of purchases.

  4. Items cannot be returned if they are opened.

  5. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.   6. The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
    1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product after receiving from the delivery boy.
    2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging including the retail box originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
    3. Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered or otherwise unreadable serial number/batch number.
Restocking Fee and Refund:
There are no restocking fees. But, we also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order, this will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of return of the products.
